Question: My download speed is really low. What can I do about it?

Question: When I launch Athens Luna I receive error “wrong version or client has been changed”. How to fix that?
Answer: Delete file “LunaVerInfo.ver” from Athens Luna client folder.

Question: When I try to connect to server I receive “failed to connect to the server” error. What should I do?
Answer: There could be several reasons to that error. Check each of following: Make sure your internet connection is stable and is working properly; Double check that you are using correct client; Try to restart your internet connection; Try to restart your computer; Try to reinstall client; Try to re-download and reinstall client; Try to repatch client by deleting file “LunaVerInfo.ver” from Athens Luna client folder; Make sure your computer is free of viruses and malware;

Question: Why am I lagging?
Answer: There are few possible reasons to that. First, our server is hosted in USA and is optimized for USA players. If you are from Europe, Asia, or Africa then you can expect a lag because of that or because of long distance. Second possible reason is you have slow internet connection and/or downloading/uploading something. If you have slow connection speed and download like a movie or upload a video or something then you will be experiencing lag so sure unless you set limit for applications. And lastly is our server line might be overwhelmed with players and that is causing a lag as well.
